Pricing quoted is valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

All orders are shipped FOB Santa Clara. Our standard carriers are UPS Air, UPS Ground and Federal Express. Freight charges will be added to your invoice. We can ship freight collect on a carrier of your choice when provided with your carrier account number.

Any refused shipment will be assigned a 15% restocking charge.

Securematics accepts cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. We will extend credit on subsequent orders with an approved credit application. For approved clients, terms are Net 15 days or Net 30 days from date of invoicing.

Interest of 2% per month will be charged on overdue accounts.
|

For any short ships, wrong product received, or other related problems, please contact the order desk within 2 days of receipt.

Securematics will accept the return of factory sealed product within 30 days with a 15% restocking charge. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.

A representative will verify your information and issue a RMA number. All return freight charges and insurance must be prepaid. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. A credit memo will be issued to your account upon receipt and inspection of the goods. |
