The Credit Services Department at Securematics can play a crucial role in helping customers find the right credit option.
The range of services that Securematics offers include, open account terms, flooring accounts, direct billing, escrow accounts, electronic funds transfer, standby letter of credit, credit cards and COD. These credit options allow customers to grow their business, while servicing their customers well.
Your Securematics account is established with a credit limit and payment terms that are based on the details provided in your Company Financials and upon verification of credit.
The net amount of each transaction is due within the terms approved for your account. To request an account please fill out the attached application. To increase your credit limit or change your terms please send requests to credit@securematics.com with a copy of your previous quarter financials.
Securematics offers a convenient option of direct end-user billing. Please contact accounting@securematics.com for further details.
Securematics offers a convenient option to resellers to establish escrow accounts that allow customers to deposit funds with the escrow holder and funds are then disbursed as per the joint guidelines set between the reseller and Securematics.

Credit is a swift and sure way to expedite drop shipments and rush orders. To purchase products with your credit card, complete the Credit Card Authorization Form (PDF) and return to Securematics.
Securematics accepts Visa, Discover, or MasterCard, and American Express
You can streamline transactions by authorizing Securematics to electronically debit your bank account according to your credit terms (not after products have been shipped and invoiced). EFT is convenient, efficient, and eliminates paperwork. To use this service, complete the EFT Preauthorization Form (PDF) and return to Securematics.
Securematics offers an attractive alternative for resellers to take advantage of prepay discount offered and boost their margins. This does not include credit card payments.
