Warranty - All parts have manufacturer-specified warranties. For products found to be mishandled or altered, warranty will be void and products will be returned to sender in the same condition as received.

Shipping Damage - Notify us of shipping damage no longer than 2 days after receipt of damaged goods.

RMA - Products must be sealed and returned within 10 working days after receiving a RMA number.  All original packaging, accessories and manuals must be returned along with the item(s).  RMA numbers must be clearly printed or labeled on the outside of each package being returned. Properly package all returns to prevent damage during shipping. Improper packaging may result in physical damage and will VOID warranty.
