Terms & Conditions

  1. Pricing quoted is valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
  2. All orders are shipped FOB Santa Clara. Our standard carriers are UPS Air, UPS Ground and Federal Express. Freight charges will be added to your invoice. We can ship freight collect on a carrier of your choice when provided with your carrier account number.
  3. Any refused shipment will be assigned a 15% restocking charge.
  4. Securematics accepts cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. We will extend credit on subsequent orders with an approved credit application. For approved clients, terms are Net 15 days or Net 30 days from date of invoicing.
  5. Interest of 2% per month will be charged on overdue accounts.
  6. For any short ships, wrong product received, or other related problems, please contact the order desk within 2 days of receipt.
  7. Securematics will accept the return of factory sealed product within 30 days with a 15% restocking charge. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.

A representative will verify your information and issue a RMA number. All return freight charges and insurance must be prepaid. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. A credit memo will be issued to your account upon receipt and inspection of the goods.

Programs & Promotions

(SA) Secure Academy Rewards Program

1.    Eligible partners earn 1 training credit for every $100 they spend with Securematics for procurement of hardware, software and/or maintenance services

2.    Training credits will be accrued on a quarterly basis and partner will have 90 days after the end of the quarter to utilize training credits accrued in that quarter. At the end of 90 days following the end of the quarter, the points would expire automatically and are no longer valid.

3.    Training credits may only be used for training thru VPN Dynamics and only for products/services sold by Securematics.

4.    Training credits may only be used for training on products for the vendors mentioned in the list below:

i.    Juniper Networks

ii.    SonicWALL

5.    Training credits have no cash value and are non-transferable

6.    Training credits are only redeemable thru VPN Dynamics, and at full retail list price.

7.    Must be an active Securematics Business Partner with account in good standing.

8.    Securematics reserves the right to change, modify, cancel the program at any time without any prior notice.

9.    In case of a dispute, the decision of Securematics management is final and binding on both parties
