Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
You can streamline transactions by authorizing Securematics to electronically debit your bank account within 30 days after products have been shipped and invoiced. EFT is convenient, efficient, and eliminates much paperwork. To use this service, complete the EFT Preauthorization Form (PDF) and return to Securematics.

Net Terms Account
Your Securematics account is established with a credit limit and payment terms that is based on the details provided in your application and upon verification with our credit insurance provider.
The net amount of each transaction is due within 30 days. To setup an account please fill out the attached application. Or to increase your credit limits please send requests to credit@securematics.com with the latest financials.

Standby Letters of Credit
A standby letter of credit enables Securematics to receive payment directly from your bank, but only in the event of a default. You then repay your bank according to the terms agreed upon when the letter was issued.

Escrow
Securematics offers a convenient option to resellers to establish escrow accounts that allow customers to deposit funds with the escrow holder and funds are then disbursed as per the joint guidelines set between the reseller and Securematics.
